Frio River's Edge $245.00 for 4 people & $10.00 ea add person per night. 2 Night minimum.

Holidays/Spring Break/Easter

$295.00 for 8 people & $10.00 ea add person per night. 3 Night minimum.

Summer thru Labor Day

Frio River's Edge I- $395.00 for 10 people & $10.00 ea add person per night (maximum 14 guests) 4 Night minimum.

Frio River's Edge II - $350.00 for 9 people, 4 Night minimum.

PAYMENT POLICY

One night's deposit due upon making reservations (50% due on stays of 5 or more nights) and the balance to be paid within 30 days prior to checking in.

Check-In Time: 4:00 p.m. • Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Reservation Policy

Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible as the Texas Hill Country is becoming a popular destination getaway.

You may reschedule your reservation, but we ask that you please let us know as soon as you can so that we may rent the cabin to other guests. No refunds for cancelled reservations or early departures..

For the safety and enjoyment of your stay, we ask that you please abide by these few simple rules for your benefit as well as that of others.

• No loud noises, music or public intoxication.

• No firearms allowed on premises, including BB guns, slingshots and bows and arrows.

• Guests may smoke on the front porch, but smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. Please consider this before making reservations.

• Motorcycles may not be operated on property (except for ingress and egress).

• No 4-wheelers/ATVs allowed.

• No glass containers in or around river area.

• Swim at your own risk!

• Fires in grills or designated fire rings only.

• Do not cut any live, green limbs or trees. Also, do not place any nails, screws or wire in trees. There will be charges for any damage to trees.

Pets are an additional $10 per day.

Pets allowed as long as they are house trained, well behaved, and free of fleas. Please don’t leave your pet loose and unattended in the house. We would appreciate it if you would crate them when left alone. In addition, there are gates on the back deck that can be locked in order to secure your pet if they must be left for unattended for a while, but be cautious of the temperatures.

Hold Harmless Agreement

Lessee agrees to protect, indemnify, save, and hold Frio River's Edge harmless, including its officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, demands, suits, and actions for damages to property ours or others, or to injury (including death) to any person or persons, arising or in any way stemming from our visit to property owned by Frio River's Edge. -“Lessee” shall include all persons occupying property leased from Frio River's Edge. Frio River's Edge shall include James and Melissa Walker.
